Zaiper helps in automating the process which we use daily. For example: If a JIRA ticket is completed the time logged in the JIRA ticket can be automatically logged in the AceInvoice application.
Another example would be PTO. We have a BigBinary PTO calendar. Whenever we post a PTO in the calendar a Zap must automatically log the time entry as PTO for that day.

One more example I can think of is, when a new person is onboarded in the company, we fill the excel sheet with our personal details. A Zap must be triggered to add that person to the BigBinary organization in the AceInvoice when new entry is made to the sheet.
I did create a Zap application recently for a client and it was good to see the automation we can enable with that.
